Weekly Channeled Message

Relationships

This week’s channeled message is about relationships. We have all different types of relationships in our life and I’m hearing that you need to reflect and reframe. We often think of our romantic relationships when we hear the word but it’s applicable to all the different types you have in your life.

Where are you struggling in your life? There’s a relationship there. It could be with your partner or it could be with family, friends, coworkers, or even yourself. To go deeper it could be with your relationships to love, to money, to abundance, to your body, to food, or to even feeling deserving and worthy of joy and your desires. That lack and the disconnection between you and the other is causing a mismatch in the vibration and frequency, which causes a block to connection and alignment hindering magnetism to all that you want in this life that will bring you to your highest timeline.

Start to become aware of how you think about the relationship. Are you telling yourself it’ll never happen? That you can’t have certain things? If so, then you need to look at what’s underneath that. Most likely it’s a core belief of not feeling deserving, worthy, or good enough and that negative/irrational belief is stopping you in your tracks. You can explore and see what led you to that belief in the first place (I say the deeper you go the better), but if you just want to stop the negative belief try to identify what it is you feel (look at this wheel of emotions to help understand what emotions are present), say it/them out loud, and try to reframe your belief to one that really reflects what you are feeling. I’m not a believer in toxic positivity so I usually reframe to something neutral. For example, if I’m telling myself I’ll never have a body I love and feel comfortable in, I examine what emotions are underneath- unworthiness, depression, low self esteem, sadness, impatience, powerlessness, and vulnerability. Just by understanding that is what I’m feeling helps me to reflect and assess if what I’m saying is true. I actually have power over my weight/body and how I feel about it. So I reframe my initial thought to, “I am not happy with where I’m at now, but I have the power to change my weight by what I put in my body and how I move it and although it might not happen immediately, I am able to create the change I want”. This feels a lot less daunting, helpless, hopeless, and powerless. It actually motivates me and helps me to call in the motivation, perseverance, and consistency I need to make that a reality.

Reflect on what relationships could use some fine tuning and assessment and empower yourself by identifying negative thoughts and how they make you feel, the emotions underneath them, reframe your thought to something real but neutral, and see how that feels compared to the initial thought. This is going to help you remove that blocks to your goals and manifestations and give you some agency in creating your ideal reality.
